We can not remove the title column from a SharePoint list. Instead we can show/hide the column from the content type. Also, we can show or hide the Title column from the SharePoint list view.
Show/hide Title column from SharePoint Online List View
Let us see, how to show or hide the SharePoint list title column from the list view.
- Click on the Title column -> Select Column settings -> Click on the Show/hide columns.

- Edit view columns dialog box pops up -> Unselect the Title and click on Apply.
Note: If you have only one column in the list view, then the Title will not be hidden even if you uncheck it. So, make sure, you should have at least one more column in the list view. For example, here I have checked the Created By column.

- Now, in the SharePoint Online List view, the title column got hidden and only Created By column appears.
