Example 1: Using Employee Onboarding Template
- Select a SharePoint list Employee onboarding template to store all the onboarding details of an employee.

- In the Employee onboarding window, click on Use template.

- By default, the list template name will be the same as the template name (Employee onboarding). If we want, we can change the name as per our needs.
- For example, we changed the SharePoint list template name to ‘MB Employee Onboarding’ -> click on the Create button.

- Once we create the Employee Onboarding list template (MB Employee Onboarding), there will be various inbuilt columns available. Such as:
