If you want to share an app within your organization, then, specify the user who can run, edit/modify, and re-share it. Or, you can also share an app with everyone in your organization (They can only run the app not modify/edit the app).

Share a Power Apps App Within Organization
Here, you can see, I have a Power Apps Canvas app, which is connected to the SharePoint Online list.

Now, I will show you, how to share a Power Apps Canvas app with a specific user or everyone in the organization. To achieve it, follow the below steps. Such as:
- Open your Power Apps and select a specific app that you want to share with your organization under the Apps section. Then, select the Share icon from the top menu or select the More commands option (…) and click on the Share icon from the drop-down menu like below.

- You will get two ways to share a Power Apps app within the organization in the Share window. Such as:
- Everyone in organization
- Specific people as a user
- Specific people as a co-owner
How to Share a Canvas App with Everyone in an Organization
Let us discuss how to share a Power Apps Canvas app with everyone in the organization. To do so, follow the below steps.
- In the Share window, enter Everyone in the sharing panel to select the entire organization. You can also enter an Email message and Include an image.
- And, you don’t have any permission to share or edit an app. But, you can run the app.
- Moreover, by default, you will get a check box like “Send an email invitation to new users“. Lastly, click on the Share button as shown below.

- Once you share an app, it will give a confirmation message like “All permissions changes were saved successfully“. And, everyone in an organization is a user only (Only run the app).

- Here, you can see that one of the users in the organization will get an app under the Org app drop-down. And he/she can only Play or Run the app (An organization can’t edit or share apps).

Share a Canvas App with Specific People as a User
If you are building an app from Power Apps and sharing a specific user with required permissions (Only run the app) in your organization, then, follow the below steps to share an app.
- In the Share window, enter the specific user name or email address in the sharing panel, and Uncheck the Co-owner box to run the app instead of using, editing, and sharing the Power App app. Then, click on the Share button.

- Then, you can see that once you can share an app, it will give a confirmation message like “All permission…”, and also add people as a user only, like below.

- Here, you can see, that a specific user will get an email invitation in Outlook, and if he/she can click on the Run the app button then, it will run like below.

Share a Canvas App with Specific People as a Co-owner
On the other hand, if you want to share a Power Apps app with a specific user as a co-owner then he/she can use, share, or edit an app but not delete or change the owner. To do so, follow the below steps.
- In the Share window, enter the user name or email address in the sharing panel, and click the Co-owner check box to use, edit, and share the Power App app. Then, click on the Share button.

- Next, you can see that once you can share an app, it will give a confirmation message like “All permission…”, and also add people as Co-owners as shown below.

- Now, you can see a specific user in the organization will get an app under the Org app drop-down. And he/she can use, share, edit an app but not delete or change the owner like below.

Share a Power Apps app using Microsoft Teams
By using Microsoft Teams, you can easily share a Power Apps app with a specific person (Who can only run the app) in the team chat. Here, follow the below steps to share an app from Microsoft Teams.
- Open your Microsoft Teams -> Click on the Apps section -> Select the Power Apps app under the Build with Power Platform option -> Click on the Add button like below.

- Then, we will get two options to share a Power Apps Canvas app. Such as:
- Add to a team: You can select your team or channel and set it as a tab, where all your team members can run the app.
- Add to a chat: You can also select a specific user and share the app in chat as well.

- For example, if you want to share an app with your team then, click on the Add to a team option. Then, Type a team or Channel name, select the respective team, and click on the Set up a tab button as shown below.

- Once you add an app will appear as a new tab in your team channel like below.

OR
Suppose if you want to share the Power Apps app with a specific team member, then you can share the app in Team chat. To do so, follow the below steps.
- Select the Power Apps app -> Click on the Add to a chat option -> Type a person’s name or a chat -> Click on the Set up a tab.

- Next, it will give a description window; click on the Save button. Then, you will get an app as a tab at the top of the chat, as shown below.
