So, when a user clicks a particular person’s name from the People web part, then he/she will get all the information about the person, like Full name, Job role, Email ID, etc.

- Click on the +(Add a new web part in column one)

- Now search for a People web part and select it as shown below:

In the people web part, we can customize the layouts in two ways as
- Using Edit web part
- Using the Layout Options

In the SharePoint People web part, we can find there are three types of layouts, such as
- Small
- Medium
- Large
We will see each of them using the Edit web part.

Small: By default, a small layout we be displayed when we add a SharePoint people web part. It will be displayed with the Team Member’s name and their Job role.

Medium: If we choose medium, the layout will display in a medium size and also we can provide details as
- Add a Profile link: So we can add their profile link. For Example, their Linkedin link else their Mail ID. When we click on this, it asks us to

- Text to display: Based on the link, provide a text. Example: Contact -> Click on the Save button to save our changes

- Enter a tagline for this person: Provide any tagline for this person if necessary. Example: No errors, just pure functionalities

Large: If we choose Large, the layout will display in a large size, and also we can provide details as
- Add a Profile link: So we can add their profile link. For Example, their Linkedin link else their Mail ID. When we click on this, it asks us to
- Address: Provide a link here.
- Text to display: Based on the link provide a text. Example: Contact -> Click on the Save button to save our changes
- Enter a Description for this person: We will provide little details about this person. Example: Contact me based on the Transaction issues.
