  • On the SharePoint Online list (Mercy Health Donors), Expand Export on the command bar -> Select Export to Excel.

The Export option will only available when items in the SharePoint list are not selected.

  • The exported file will get downloaded to your local system with the default file name of the query. iqy. Click on the Open file link as below.

  • By opening the file, it will display the Dialogue box of the Microsoft Excel Security Notice -> Click on Enable.

    • Select how you want to view this data in your workbook: There are four options:
      • Table
      • PivotTable Report
      • PivotChart
      • Only Create Connection

  • Finally, Click on OK.
