My Power Apps screen has an Edit form connected to the SharePoint list. The form contains a ‘Product Supplied Date‘ field with a text input control.

I replaced it with a Date picker control and two dropdown controls for time[hours and minutes].

Let’s say a user selects a particular date and time and clicks the submit button. The selected date will be stored in the SharePoint text field [Product Supplied Date], excluding the time details.
