Bing Maps Web Part is not available in the SharePoint server 2019.

Bing Maps Web Part in SharePoint Online
We will use this Bing Maps web part to display the location on the SharePoint Online site page.
Example: Suppose the user should display their particular address or a different address on a SharePoint site page, then the user can add a Bing Maps Web Part and provide a location.
How to Use Bing Maps Web Part in SharePoint Online
Recently, while working with a USA clients requirement, I had done the same thing. Let us understand in detail, with the below example.
Here, I have created a modern site page in the SharePoint Online site. On that page, I have added details of Semiconductor and now I need to add a client branch’s location by providing the name of the branch where it is exactly located. But Clients have three Branches such as
- Germany
- Austria
- North America
So we created a Three-column section and now we will add the Bing Maps web part on each of the sections in the SharePoint Online site page.
Add a Bing Maps web part in SharePoint Online
Here we will see how to add a Bing Maps web part on the SharePoint Online site page.
- On the SharePoint Online site page, click on the +(Add a new web part in column one)

- Under Regional Information -> Choose Bing Maps

- Now the Bing Maps web part will be added to the SharePoint site page.

Now we will provide the location to a Bing Maps web part to display.
- Click on the Enter address or location, and provide the address based on the user’s requirement. Example: Germany-> After providing the location, it will be added as shown below:

Now will customize the Bing Maps web part on the SharePoint Online site page.

Customize SharePoint Online Bing Maps Web Part
Here we will see how to customize this SharePoint Bing Maps Web part. To customize it, we need to click on the Edit icon on the SharePoint site page.

Add a Title to SharePoint Online Bing Maps Web Part
When we add a Bing Maps Web part, we can see that Add a Title option is present on the Web part.
We can provide a Bing Maps web part title by tapping on it. Example: RENA Germany

SharePoint Online Bing Maps Web Part integration
When we add a Bing Maps Web part, we can see that, we can change the Bing Maps Web part integration. We can change the Bing Maps Web part integration by clicking on the arrow button:
- Road
- Aerial
- Birds eye
- Street side

By default, Aerial will be selected as Bing Maps Web part integration.

- Road: If we choose a Road Bing Maps Web part integration it looks like the below image:

- Aerial: If we choose an Aerial Bing Maps Web part integration it looks the below image:

- If we try to choose a Bird’s eye, Bing Maps Web part integration it cant be chosen.

- If we choose a Street side Bing Maps Web part integration, we receive an error as “Streetside isn’t available here, press ESC to exit“

Enable or Disable Labels in SharePoint Online Bing Maps web part
There are two types of Labels in the Bing Maps web part, they are:
- Labels
- Show pin label on map
Labels: Once we select an Aerial map type, Labels will be enabled by default. Labels cannot be enabled in other map types.

Labels in the SharePoint Online Bing Maps web part display the other locations nearby to a current location, which we have provided.

Show pin label on map: When we enable Show pin label on map, this shows an exact location name on a map with a pin(blue) mark. Else, if we disable it exact location name on a map will be not shown.
- To enable the Show pin label on map, click on the edit icon on the Bing Maps web part as shown below:

- A dialogue box will appear on the left-hand side, we will turn on the Show pin label on map -> Then we will provide a name to a Pin label, like what name should be displayed on a map.

- If we turn off the Show pin label on map then the Pin label will not be visible and the exact location name on the map will be not shown.

This is how we can enable or disable Labels in the Bing Maps web part on SharePoint Online.
Zoom in and Zoom out SharePoint Online Bing Maps web part
In the Bing Maps web part, we can zoom in or zoom out the location by using the + or – symbol on the Bing Maps web part.

Now, we added the other two Branch locations (Austria, North America)using the Bing Maps web part and customize the Bing Maps web part on the SharePoint Online site page as same as mentioned above.
