Add a Site Page to a SharePoint Site Navigation in Team Site
Here, we will see how to add a site page to a SharePoint site navigation in a team site. To do that we have taken a SharePoint Online Team Site (Mitchell Black).
- Open a SharePoint Online Team Site home page -> Click on Pages which is by default present in the Navigation menu.

- In this Site Pages window, select the Page -> Click on … ellipses -> Click on Copy link.

- This dialog box Link to ‘WALLPAPER.aspx’ opens -> Click on Copy -> Click on the close icon.

- Now, scroll down the navigation menu, at the bottom click on Edit.

- Now, click the + icon to Add a link or label to navigation section.

- In this Add window, paste the copied link in the Address section -> Insert the Display Name as per your requirement -> Click on the OK button.

- Now, at the bottom of the Navigation menu, Enable site navigation audience targeting is available, if you want you can move the toggle toward ON as per your need -> Click on the Save button.

- Go back to the SharePoint Online Team Site home page -> Click on the page you have added to the navigation menu -> Now, the SharePoint site page appears that you have added to the navigation.

Add a Site Page to a SharePoint navigation in Communication Site
Here, we will see how to add a site page to a SharePoint site navigation in a communication site. To do that we have taken a SharePoint Online Communication Site (Mitchell Black).
- Open a SharePoint Online Communication Site home page -> Click on Pages which is by default present in the navigation menu.

- In this Site Pages window, select the Page as per your requirement -> Click on … ellipses -> Click on Copy link.

- The dialog box that contains a link to the selected SharePoint site page opens -> Click on Copy and then close it.

- Click on Edit -> In this Edit navigation window, click on the + icon to Add a link or label to the navigation.

- In this Add window, paste the copied link in the Address section -> Insert the Display Name as per your requirement -> Click on the OK button.

- At the bottom of the Navigation menu, you can Enable site navigation audience targeting as per your need by moving the toggle toward ON -> Click on the Save button.

- Now, you can see the SharePoint Site Page (MB Home Decor) appears on the Navigation.

- Open a SharePoint Online Site home page. For Example, I have taken SharePoint Online Communication Site (Mitchell Black), if you want you can take SharePoint Online Team Site.
- Click on Edit as shown below.

- In this Edit navigation window, click on … ellipses -> Click on Remove ->Click on Save.
